Franc Archive is a multidisciplinary artist from Cyprus based in the Netherlands. He began his journey as an urban artist, creating public interventions with a sociopolitical and satirical edge that often captured the attention of the local press.
With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a Master's degree in Media Art, Franc has developed a distinct practice that maintains his street art roots while addressing contemporary issues such as the overload of information, the prevalence of fake news, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence.
Using subversive techniques, Franc transitioned his practice into the digital realm, becoming an active participant in it. This evolution led to the creation of immersive installations with a strong urban character. These installations often incorporate multiple screens to build overwhelming environments, retaining his signature satirical tone.
In addition to his work in public spaces, Franc Archive's art has been presented in: Pixels Perceptions - Noorderlicht (NL,2024) , Gog-Bot (NL,2024) , M0Bi (NL, 2024) , Luna Festival (NL,2024) , Grand Theater ( NL,2023) , NP3 Reasearch Gallery (NL,2023)
