The Limassol Municipality recently introduced high parking fees in an area that used to be free. This is an artistic intervention using a knife to present a Cypriot expression for high prices "They cut our head off", which is like the English expression "it cost an arm and a leg". This action got the attention of many viewers on social media and it was also mentioned in the local press.
