This intervention happened a day before the Cyprus Parliamentary Elections 2021. The intervention did not mention by any press or media.
"Here in the Limassol Zoo you can see a rare and dangerous political species: the Καρεκλοκένταυρος the Chair-centaur. Half human, half chair, it is a creature unique to the Republic of Cyprus.
Its natural habitat is the House of Representatives, the ministries, and the presidential palace.
Its diet consists mainly of patronage, bribes, and scandals.
The Chair-centaur never abandons its seat. Over the years it fuses with the chair, until the two become one.
Although constantly surrounded by scandals, it
survives with the help of loyal party-dogs, who protect it and keep it firmly in place.
During most of its term, the Chair-centaur lies in hibernation. But three months before elections, it suddenly awakens, restless and hungry for votes.
Observe carefully: this strange hybrid is a reminder that in Cyprus, some of the most resilient animals are not in the wild but in power."
